Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or quantity restrictions. An email confirmation confirms order acceptance.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize the full charge to your selected payment method.

• Free Shipping: Qualifying orders of 3+ bottles
• International Shipping: 10–21 business days; customs duties may apply

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

How to Request a Refund

• Email support@arialief.com within 180 days of your purchase date
• Include your order number and a brief reason for your request
• Our team responds within 2 business days with return instructions
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt of your return

Refund Conditions

• The 180-day guarantee applies to all purchases made through the official website only
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
